Privacy Policy

1. Data collected

• Account: name, email address, password (hashed), preferred language
• Purchases: order history, Stripe references (Customer ID, Payment Intent ID)
• Progress: lessons accessed, lessons completed, last activity
• Technical: server logs (IP address, user agent) for security purposes

2. Purpose of processing

• Provide access to purchased courses
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Store progress to allow resume
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, reminders by preference)
• Improve the platform (anonymized analytics)

3. Retention period

Account data is kept as long as the account is active. Orders and invoices are kept for 10 years for tax compliance (Swiss law). Logs are kept for 90 days maximum.

4. Data processors

• Stripe (payment, billing) — Stripe Inc., USA (DPF certified)
• Hetzner (hosting) — Germany
• Resend / Infomaniak (email delivery) — Switzerland

5. Your rights
