Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relations between Formation (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Buyer") wishing to purchase a text-based course offered on the platform.

2. Products

Courses are digital content accessible online via a personal account. Each course includes a defined number of modules and text lessons, associated source code, free updates throughout the lifetime of the product, and a completion certificate.

3. Price and payment

Prices are listed in CHF, VAT included according to the Buyer's location (calculated automatically by Stripe Tax). Payment is processed via Stripe. No payment method is stored on our servers.

4. Access and delivery

Course access is immediate upon Stripe payment confirmation. The Buyer receives a confirmation email with a direct link to the course.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal by accessing the digital content immediately. Without explicit waiver, access is delayed by 14 days.

Independently, the Seller offers a 14-day commercial refund guarantee with no conditions, on simple email request to contact@formation.ch.

6. Intellectual property

Courses, associated source code and all content remain the exclusive property of the Seller. The Buyer has a personal, non-transferable right of use.

7. Liability

The Seller commits to providing quality content but cannot guarantee the achievement of specific objectives by the Buyer. The Seller's liability cannot be engaged for indirect consequences related to the use of the courses.

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
